I. This Pronouncement
i. Whoever has ears, let them hear! Whoever has eyes, let them see! By Right, Power and Authority of the Sovereign Rights as Pronounced by Our Prounouncement De Unitas Australia as a Free Sovereign of the Free Society of United Australia we make these further pronouncements known collectively as De Pronuntionis Pecuniae et Divitiae and also known as the Pronouncement of Money and Wealth; and
ii. These Sovereign Rights may be taken in official original document form and spoken form to represent one complete set of Rights and the highest of all Original Sovereign Law with the other Pronouncements we make; and
iii. When referring to Our Sovereign Pronouncements collectively is may also be taken both in printed form and spoken word that we mean the complete and accurate set of Rights as the highest of all Original Sovereign Law.
II. The Use of Rights Pronounced as Original Law
i. By Our Right, Our Hand and our Voice we solemnly pledge our most sacred sovereign act to use these Pronouncements and all Our Sovereign Rights for the betterment of our neighbour, our community respecting at all times due process and the living law; and
ii. Whilst Our Rights may permit the strongest of remedy against an injury inflicted upon Us and to the body of the Living Law, our goal shall be at all times to present fair and proportional remedy, not to exceed fair remedy and to seek positive solutions for the benefit of all parties; and
iii. We shall at all times remain respectful to the Office and Obligations of Sovereign and shall demonstrate respect for and kindness for others, as we may seek respect to be shown to Us, even when such respect is not demonstrated to Us.
III. Money
i. Money is an instrument of exchange representing a certain unit of currency value and itself having inherent value trusted by the users of such instruments. When trust of the claimed inherent value underpinning money is absent, the instrument of exchange is generally worthless, regardless of the claimed unit of currency value it ascribes; and
ii. All money (currency) is fictional by its nature. Furthermore, all systems of currency, including modern fiat systems used today still rely upon a base unit of physical value; and
iii. While a currency may be exchanged in different forms, this base unit of value generally does not. It rests in the form of such things as gold in vaults, the capacity to repay debt through taxing (stealing) private wealth, or the unlawful sale of a nations own citizens to a third party private banking empires using signed birth certificates as bonds; and
iv. The difference between various base units of value underpinning a currency is the intrinsic value of the thing used to base a currency unit, its ability to be protected from forgery and ultimate ability to retain value; and
v. It is a gross error to believe that such materials as gold hold the key to a stable and acceptable base unit of value as the largest treasures of gold have been progressively stolen and hidden so that any decision to return to the gold standard would permit disasterous manipulation of the global economy greater than what has already been done.
IV. Supreme Credit
i. By the power and authority of Pactum De Singularis Caelum, the Covenant of One-Heaven that is between all Sovereign men and women that have ever lived and the Divine Creator, a unit of supreme value shall be instanced, so that this unit of value might support the primary objectives of One Heaven the three great faiths of One Faith of God, One Spirit Tribe and One Islam, the Free Societies of Africans Union, Americas Union, Asia Union, Arabian Union, Euro Union, Oceanic Union, Globe Union and the world as a whole; and
ii.This unit of value shall be known as a Supreme Credit.
V. Structure of Supreme Credit
i. The structure of a Supreme Credit shall begin with a hollow and sealed metal object known as a Universal Credit of the precise dimensions of 32.5 cm long, 19.5 cm wide, 19.5 cm tall and sides 3.2 cm thick; and
ii. The metals of construction shall be an inner chamber of the finest gold of not less than 4 mm, sealed to a bronze casket of thickness not less than 6 mm, sealed to an iron casket of thickness not less than 18 mm and finally an outer layer of the finest gold not less than 4 mm; and
iii. Inside the sacred ark, the Seal of One Heaven shall be imprinted on its floor, indicating which Era during which the Supreme Credit was forged, while the inside walls shall be adorned in a Supreme blessing in UCADIAN symbols; and
iv. On the surface of the sealed lid known as the International Credit shall be imprinted the official seal of either One Faith of God, One Spirit Tribe or One Islam under which the Supreme Credit was forged, and the number 1,000; and
v. On the side panels of the sacred ark imprinted its official number and unique identity so that no two Supreme Credits shall ever be the same; and
vi. On the reverse base known as the Union Credit shall be imprinted the official seal of either the Messiah, the Imam Mahdi, or the Maitreya under which Deed of Supreme Credits the Credit was forged, and the number 100,000,000; and
vii. The date the Supreme Credit was sealed and blessed by either the Messiah, the Imam Mahdi or the Maitreya shall be imprinted once on the front face of the Supreme Credit; and
viii. An instrument known as the Deed of Supreme Credit shall also be forged representing proof of the existence and validity of a Supreme Credit and sealed in accordance to the actual creation of a Supreme Credit. The purpose of this Deed of Supreme Credit is as a certificate of right of ownership and value, with the original being held by the same entity granted the Supreme Credit.
VI. Official Blessing and Supreme Credit
i. A Supreme Credit does not exist, even if an object has been constructed precisely to the dimensions outlined until a legitimate and authorized blessing has occurred by either the Messiah, the Imam Mahdi, or the Maitreya under which Deed of Supreme Credits the Credit was forged; and
ii.When this blessing occurs, the hollow space within the sealed ark structure manifests as the Supreme Credit, representing a divine unit of value of One Heaven; and
iii.The formula for determining the number of Supreme Credits to be created and blessed by each faith shall be determined by a formula of faith applied to each society belonging to a Union (of societies) at the time of the first distribution of Supreme Credits; and
iv. The three great faiths whilst brining to life Supreme Credits are forbidden to directly place in circulation or withdraw Supreme Credits.
VII. Face value relationships of a Supreme Credit
i.A Supreme Credit shall have the following permanent value relationships:
1 supreme credit = 1 universal credit
1 universal credit = 1,000 international credits
1 international credit = 1,000,000 union credits
1 supreme credit = 1,000,000,000 nation credits
1 union credit = 1 nation credit
1 union credit = 1 euro
1 nation credit = 1 current/future IMF international base currency unit equivalent to 1 euro
VIII. Forbiddance to deface, destroy a Supreme Credit
i. Once a Supreme Credit has been formed, it exists as a most sacred object representing a living temple of the spirit of One Heaven being the Divine Creator. Therefore, it shall be forbidden to deface or destroy a Supreme Credit; and
ii. Its intrinsic and face values shall hold true for perpetuity. Where a Supreme Credit requires restoration, it shall be restored according to the specifications listed and re-blessed by the appropriate office of authority that first issued it.
IX. First Distribution of Supreme Credits
i. As Supreme Credits shall exist in recognition of the Sovereign rights of all men and women, whether such rights are recognized or not, the first manufacture and distribution of Supreme Credits shall reflect the total population for each society according to a standard value for all living men and women no matter where they live. This value shall be ten million (10,000,000) union/national credits held in account for every single living man and woman on planet Earth at the time of the first distribution; and
ii. These 1st Supreme Credits once created shall be distributed according to this formula to each of the respective Union Free Society Banks to be held in trust for the nations and free societies that are its members. Unless granted under the ceremonial laws of one of the three great faiths, Supreme Credits are not permitted to be held other than by one of the seven Union Free Society Banks including: Africans Union, Americas Union, Asia Union, Arabian Union, Euro Union, Oceanic Union and Globe Union; and
iii. Until the first distribution of Supreme Credits occurs, the three Great Faiths are permitted to issue Provisional Deeds of Supreme Credits to the Banks of the Unions of Free Societies as promise of delivery of Supreme Credits. Furthermore, the Banks of the Unions of Free Societies as listed are permitted to use these provisional Deeds of Supreme Credit as Bonds to the total value of one tenth their face value in equivalent value in gold bullion;
X. Forbiddance of Usury
i. No Usury (interest) may be charged by any central bank on the manufacture and distribution of currency supported by the face value of the given Supreme Credits in circulation; and
ii. Usury is banned by an entity being charged on the release of credits into circulation upon the certification of a valid loan. Only flat fees as a reflection of service, with no imputed attempt to hide usury as a fee is permitted; and
iii. The reason that Usury is banned is that it directly attacks the integrity and fabric of currency value and therefore wealth and commerce. This has been an ancient and fundamental understanding by civilizations using monetary systems for thousands of years.
XI. Supreme Credits and Credits in Circulation
i.All Union Banks of Free Societies are duty bound to adhere to ensure that a reserve of uncirculated credit value continues to exist at all times against the total number of Supreme Credits held in trust and the total value of credits in circulation; and
ii. The formula for permitting credits to be placed into circulation as currency shall remain firm and fixed based on (1) issue of credits into circulation upon certified birth (2) issue of credits into circulation each quarter based on Awareness/Life Index of a society and (3) issue of credits into circulation upon a contribution being made by a member of the society to that society and (4) issue of credits into circulation upon a loan being certified and approved; and
iii.The formula for permitting credits to be removed from circulation as currency shall remain firm and fixed based on (1) removal of a portion of credits upon certified death (2) removal of portion of credits upon loss of permanent registered position and (3) removal of credits upon the default of a loan.
XII. Contribution to a Society
i. To function, a society requires the assistance of all its Members. A fair and harmonious society is one that encourages its Members and corporations to succeed while at the same time calls on each individual and corporation to make some kind of financial contribution where they can; and
ii. To be fair, the relative level of contribution of members and corporations must balance between the overall needs and expectations of the Society and the just reward for effort; and
iii. The total income earned by an individual or corporation must always be considered by rights their own, with no inherent claim of right to any of this income by any form of government; and
iv. Where a government lays claim upon the wealth of an individual or corporation, such claim can only ever be considered criminal theft, often under duress with no ancient right, nor sustainable legal justification; and
v. Instead, a contribution required to be made by members of a society based on an agreement of trust, without duress is the only legitimate form of income any government may claim from individuals and corporations other than the payment of fees for services; and
vi. Instead, the level of contribution required to be made by all citizens, workers and corporations of the nation is based on an agreement of trust that the government shall seek to deliver the most cost effective services and society its citizens and corporations require, while individuals and corporations agree to make a relative contribution to this goal.
XIII. Fairest Contribution to a Society
i. A mistaken belief is that the fairest contribution system is one that demands those who have more to contribute more to a society. This is then the founding argument for sliding scales of tax and complex tax systems; and
i. The real effect of any system that places greater demands upon men, woman and corporations as they earn more is that both penalizes success, it promotes evasion of duty including special exemptions and results in the real effect that those who earn the least pay the most, whilst those who earn the most pay the least; and
i. Therefore the fairest and only just system for calculating the level of contribution fees of a man, woman or corporate is one with a single value with no deductions and is universally applied starting from a simple threshold.
XIV. Taxes are theft and unlawful by a free society
i. The word “tax” (Latin) historically denotes the concept of a tribute for losing a battle. It is and has always been a word and concept considered unfair by most communities. Therefore, the word tax denotes an illegal act of theft of property; and
ii. The Free and willing Contribution to the Society by agreement shall always take precedence over any threat, demand and/or theft of income by alternative societies using the unlawful act of taxation; and
iii. Any Free society existing within the bounds of an alternative Free Society remains duty bound as would any Sovereign man or woman from making a material contribution to that Free Society in recognition of the services that alternative society provides. However, this contribution does not equate to ceding to unreasonable demands to steal the property of either the Society or its members; and
iv.Where an alternative Society makes threats of violence, illegal imprisonment and other forms of duress against Members to demand unreasonable theft of the rightful property of a member, whilst refusing to deduct the difference between the contributions made by members and the value of dividends received by various bonds and instruments held against those same members by the alternative society, then the alternative society legally forfeits the right to continue to hold such various bonds and instruments and they must immediately be transfered to the Free Society. The Free Society will then pay the difference to the alternative society deducted from these bonds and instruments as fair remedy.
Upon this Pronouncement we recognize the inmmutable fact that Our Sovereign Right is derived from the demonstrated proof of our Divine Creator in Unique Collective Awareness (UCA) that we are both one and unique, whilst being part of the many, the collective of all Awareness. In so being, We have full right to Claim both the authority and powers bestowed by the Divine Creator; and
Upon this Prounouncement we recognize a further immutable fact that if any sovereign man or woman, living or deceased is not free, then We cannot rightly proclaim our Own freedom; and
Therefore upon this Pronouncement, warranted by Our Sovereign Right, upon necessity, We invoke both our freedom and these Rights for Ourselves and for and on behalf of all men and women, living or deceased, with the considerate judgment of all sovereign men and women living and deceased and the gracious favor of our common Divine Creator; and
I affirm all the above supreme law, AB INITIO (FROM THE BEGINNING),
On behalf of myself and all other men and women, living and deceased, who are associated with me by my hand and seal this day,
In the truth ...
