I. This Pronouncement
i. Whoever has ears, let them hear! Whoever has eyes, let them see! By Right, Power and Authority of the Sovereign Rights as Pronounced by Our Prounouncement De Unitas Australia as a Free Sovereign of the Free Society of United Australia we make these further pronouncements known collectively as De Pronuntionis Nutrimens et Medicina and also known as the Pronouncement of Food and Drugs; and
ii. These Sovereign Rights may be taken in official original document form and spoken form to represent one complete set of Rights and the highest of all Original Sovereign Law with the other Pronouncements we make; and
iii. When referring to Our Sovereign Pronouncements collectively is may also be taken both in printed form and spoken word that we mean the complete and accurate set of Rights as the highest of all Original Sovereign Law.
II. The Use of Rights Pronounced as Original Law
i. By Our Right, Our Hand and our Voice we solemnly pledge our most sacred sovereign act to use these Pronouncements and all Our Sovereign Rights for the betterment of our neighbour, our community respecting at all times due process and the living law; and
ii. Whilst Our Rights may permit the strongest of remedy against an injury inflicted upon Us and to the body of the Living Law, our goal shall be at all times to present fair and proportional remedy, not to exceed fair remedy and to seek positive solutions for the benefit of all parties; and
iii. We shall at all times remain respectful to the Office and Obligations of Sovereign and shall demonstrate respect for and kindness for others, as we may seek respect to be shown to Us, even when such respect is not demonstrated to Us.
III. Natural Foods
i. Natural Foods are any natural substance born or grown on the land or from the sea, free from artificial genetic mutation and synthetic material, which contains a portion of the necessary amino acids, sugars, proteins and fluids required for normal healthy body function for a living man or woman; and
ii.Any law that seeks to restrict the use of natural foods in order to promote unnatural foods automatically is itself an unnatural law. When such unnatural laws are used to promote a commercial advantage for manufacturers of unnatural food products over natural food products, such laws are themselves immoral, unlawful and must be treated as nothing more than an organized criminal conspiracy.
IV. Natural Drugs
i. Natural Drugs are any natural substance born or grown on the land or from the sea, free from artificial genetic mutation, which when ingested, injected or inhaled causes a physiological change in the body to some degree for a living man or woman. As all food when ingested causes extensive physiological changes in the body, especially sugar, all food can also be classed as drugs; and
ii. Natural Drugs that provide a degree of relief of pain or enhanced feeling of well being may be further classed as narcotic. Such Naturally grown drugs have been a feature of the lives of men and women in civilized society for thousands of years without dispute.
V. Natural grown Food and Drugs are Free
i. By right of natural law and common sense, all naturally grown or born food and drugs are created free, without debt or bond. This is in recognition to the indisputable fact that such naturally born substances and forms of life existed prior to the emergence of civilization and if left unattended, many such substances and life forms grow and evolve of their own accord; and
ii. The cost, debt or obligations associated with the land or sea from which the food or drugs are grown can never be transferred to the food or drugs themselves. Similarly, any price claimed for labour is a question of commerce and has nothing to do with relinquishing the right that naturally grown or born drugs are free; and
iii. Any law that denies the right that naturally grown or born food and drugs are born or grown free defies natural law and therefore is automatically rendered inferior and in error. Any such remedy by law that properly represents natural law concerning natural food and drugs shall have precedence on inferior law, regardless of the false claims of such inferior and erroneous laws.
VI. Natural Food and animal flesh
i. Through time and evolution, the bodies of men and women have adapted as both a meat eater and a limited vegetarian meaning the body is geared and pre-disposed to the consumption of animal flesh as a source of necessary proteins and nutrients; and
ii. To many individuals around the world, the notion of the killing of animals for food is abhorred and for some religions and belief systems certain animals commonly slaughtered for food are sacred; and
iii. While respecting such different views, excluding the most ancient law of not eating other men and women for food, there exists no ancient moral ethic, no scientific fact and therefore no natural law that is broken in the consuming of animal flesh for food. The question of the care and respect of the animals that are ultimately killed for food is a separate issue to the consumption of their flesh.
VII. Natural Food and treatment of animals
i. Regardless of whether an animal is kept for the ultimate purpose of having it killed and using its flesh for food, the life of every animal should be respected and handled with dignity. This is because an obligation of office bestowed upon all men and women as sovereigns is as custodians of all animal Life on Earth and the obligation above all be good and kind caretakers of all animals; and
ii. No animal should be kept in semi-permanent or permanent confinement and such barbaric conditions that it is unable to move itself freely and is deprived of basic dignity. Battery farms and factories that show no compassion towards the life of animals should not be permitted to continue in such models; and
iii. No animal should be subject to torture or prolonged agonizing death, no matter what type of animal it is. Cruelty to any kind of life is without respect for life on Earth and life in general. No justification exists, no matter what the scientific purpose or claimed outcome that animals are subject to torture and prolonged pain; and
iv. Any man or woman who is found guilty of ill treating animals is also guilty of breaching a solemn oath of office as custodian and protector of all other life.
VIII. Natural Food and endangered or protected animals
i.While the consumption of animal flesh for food is an individual and a cultural right, there are some animals that society identified as endangered and protected. The whale is such an example; and
ii. Men and women must always be classified as protected animals and prohibited from being killed for Food. The eating of the flesh of a man or woman is banned from practice in all cultures and beliefs; and
iii. It is considered an immoral act and against nature that animals listed as endangered or protected are killed for food. No counter claim that such acts represent science or cultural tradition shall prevail.
IX. Right to grow free Natural Food and Drugs
i.A man or woman has by right of natural law the right to grow natural food or drugs for free. This is in recognition of two indisputable facts that firstly such naturally born substances and forms of life have existed for thousands of years and secondly that all naturally grown food and drugs are born free and unencumbered of debt, bond or other obligation; and
ii.When a man or woman consent to live with others under common rules binding the use of their land, such as a town, a city or even a strata property, such consent to common rules of the community may take precedence over the individual right to grow free natural food and drugs; and
iii. Whether a man or woman chooses to grow natural food or drugs for their own consumption, or their family, friends, neighbours or community is immaterial to their natural right by law. While a society may choose to imposes restrictions and controls upon the commercial sale of natural food and drugs, no legitimate law can rightly preclude the natural right of any man or woman to grow or bring to life natural food or drugs, nor to give such produce to others without charge.
X. Food additives
i.A food additive is any substance that is either naturally refined or artificially manufactured and may not naturally be present in the original food mass; and
ii.While food additives can enhance the food experience and its storage and transport, food additives by their very nature are foreign-matter to the original food. As such, their use in food preparation must be carefully controlled and scrutinized; and
iii. Natural food additives shall always be superior in right and use than unnatural and artificially manufactured food additives. Any law that seeks to restrict the use of natural food additives in order to promote unnatural and artificial food additives automatically is itself an unnatural law. When such unnatural laws are used to promote a commercial advantage for manufacturers of unnatural products over natural products, such laws are themselves immoral, unlawful and nothing more than an organized criminal conspiracy.
XI. Genetically modified food
i.Genetically modified food is any food (animal or vegetable) that has had its genetic code modified artificially. Genetically modified food shall be known as GM food; and
ii.The potential for genetically modified food is tremendous with the combination of gener therapy, food and improvements holding out hope for the curing of disease and improved quality of food.
iii. However, with any modification to nature comes risk and consequences. The consequences of poor genetic modification is the introduction of genetic mutations which can lead to side effects and deformities. To that end, all genetic modification which shall result in it entering the human food chain must be carefully managed and controlled.
XII. Food Handling
i.The proper care, respect and handling of food is vital to ensure the minimization of disease and transmission of potentially infectious diseases. Poor food handling from poisoned water, poisoned food is a major risk of human illness and mortality; and
ii.With proper procedures and guidelines, the preparation and handling of all food can be accomplished while at the same time minimizing the risk of health problems; and
iii. All soft flesh organic matter once it is picked or killed will continue to decay until such time that the level of bacteria and agents existing within the food are at a point that any ingestion is likely to cause illness. Therefore, all soft flesh organic matter should always be housed in a sealed, cool environment for a limited short time; and
iv. An individual preparing food should always take care to wash their hands, ensure the food preparation area is clean and free of contaminants and that all implements are clean and sterilized. Further, an individual preparing food should themselves ensure they are in good health and unlikely to accidentally transmit any infectious disease during the preparation of a meal; and
v. Water that is drawn from a instrumentality confirmed as safe for free drinking is safe to drink without preparation. However, all water drawn from a common source that is not an organized and credible water instrumentality should be carefully considered. The boiling of all water should be mandatory in such cases. However, where a water source has been exposed to chemicals or poisons the water should in no way be consumed.
XIII. Non use, development of artificial (unnatural) Narcotic Drugs
i. No Society should permit the corruption of the sovereign rights of their members, nor of the laws of nature and permit the development, use and sale of artificial (unnatural) narcotic drugs over natural and freely grown narcotic drugs; and
ii. The development and investment in artificial (unnatural) narcotic drugs is a deliberate misuse of the resources of society and a deliberate corruption of the moral fabric of society as such skills capable of designing artificial drugs must be focused on the cure for diseases and illness not already presenting a natural cure, not competing and destroying natural cures; and
iii. Any officer of society and any officer of a corporation that colludes to deny the natural and sovereign rights of men and woman to freely grow narcotic drugs in favour of maintaining commercial cartels claims to produce artificial and inferior substitutes are guilty not only of treason against their own society, but an evil and immoral act. All unnatural laws designed to protect the commercial interests of a few, while deliberately corrupting the rights of the greater society to free medicines are automatically null and void from the beginning they were claimed; and
iv. The question of drug use, whether natural or unnatural is a matter of public health policy, education and the psychology of addition--which itself demonstrates that the deliberate corruption of making objects illegal promotes negative behaviour. Such issues have nothing to do with the question of treacherous, evil and immoral behaviour by officers of a society to protect a few at the expense of the well being for the whole community.
XIV. Correct representation of ingredients of Foods and Drugs
i. All individuals and corporations involved in the preparation, manufacture, marketing and sales of Foods and Drugs are obligated to fully disclose accurately the ingredients used in any Food or Drug; and
ii. The consumption of any food or drug by an individual does not constitute either consent or the waiving of any obligations concerning the true representation of ingredients on any labelling and associated materials.
XV. Production of hazardous Foods and Drugs
i.All individuals and corporations involved in the preparation, manufacture, marketing and sales of Foods and Drugs remain fully liable for any physical side effects directly ot indirectly attributable to their food or drugs; and
ii. The liability of an individual or corporation is determined by whether the product was natural, or unnatural (artificial) and whether it contained unnatural additives. For natural products, the lifespan of liability approximates the time it takes for such food or drugs to pass through the system of a homo sapien sapien. However, for artificial (unnatural) drugs, the lifespan of full liability extends to the full length of the artificial substance and any period of side effects or death of the individual; and
iii. Any law of a society that seeks to render immunity to the manufacturer of artificial (unnatural) foods or drugs on account of the willing or unforseen hazardous nature of such food or drugs directly contravenes the Sovereign rights of men and women to protect their bodies and the obligation of officers of the society to protect these rights. In any such case, these immoral laws are rendered null and void from the date of enaction without the need to present superior natural remedy.
XVI. Marketing and sale of hazardous Foods and Drugs
i. Any individual or corporation involved in the marketing, distribution or sale of foods or drugs that contain artificial hazardous materials remain fully liable for the consequences for the lifetime of victims, regardless of any false laws that seek to abrogate the sovereign rights of men and women; and
ii. Any official of society whether knowingly or unknowingly permits food or drugs containing artificial hazardous materials to be marketed, distributed and sold shall be personally liable including the organization to which they belong for any consequences for the lifetime of victims, regardless of any false laws that seek to abrogate the sovereign rights of men and women; and
iii. Any member of a free society that subscribes to this original and sovereign law finding they have been deliberately or unwittingly damaged due to the marketing, distribution and sale of artificial hazardous foods and drugs holds the full sovereign right to seek full compensation and remedy whether by the existing courts of an alternate society and/or by the courts of the free society itself.
Upon this Pronouncement we recognize the inmmutable fact that Our Sovereign Right is derived from the demonstrated proof of our Divine Creator in Unique Collective Awareness (UCA) that we are both one and unique, whilst being part of the many, the collective of all Awareness. In so being, We have full right to Claim both the authority and powers bestowed by the Divine Creator; and
Upon this Prounouncement we recognize a further immutable fact that if any sovereign man or woman, living or deceased is not free, then We cannot rightly proclaim our Own freedom; and
Therefore upon this Pronouncement, warranted by Our Sovereign Right, upon necessity, We invoke both our freedom and these Rights for Ourselves and for and on behalf of all men and women, living or deceased, with the considerate judgment of all sovereign men and women living and deceased and the gracious favor of our common Divine Creator; and
I affirm all the above supreme law, AB INITIO (FROM THE BEGINNING),
On behalf of myself and all other men and women, living and deceased, who are associated with me by my hand and seal this day,
In the truth ...
