12.1	Amendments to the Code
	Amendments to the Code shall be permitted in the context of amendments to law which includes new and/or amended judicial acts relating to Trade law. In such cases, the promulgation of such new law shall automatically require the Trade Code itself to be amended to reflect the new/changed provisions without adding or deleting specific articles.
	In regards to the amendment to the structure of the Code in so far as the addition and/or deletion of specific articles, such amendments shall require the same amendment provisions as the Charter.
