The primary objectives of the Service Code are as follows: |
|
| |
1. To provide a single supreme document codifying all police rules and procedures relating to all civil and criminal law; |
|
| |
2. To present a clear set of police standards and code of conduct for all police officers of Oceanic Union; |
|
| |
3. To define the complete powers and rights of police; |
|
| |
4. To outline the limits of police responsibility, skills and competencies; |
|
| |
5. To clearly place in context the core processes of police investigation and procedures; |
|
| |
6. To protect the rights and privileges of citizens of Oceanic Union by ensure the fair operation of the police and all those that perform a function within the scope of the articles defined within the Service code. |
