| 72.1 | Import and internal trade of goods | |
| The importation and internal trade of goods shall be governed by this code. | ||
| The importation of banned goods shall be considered a criminal offence to be charged against both the individual caught bringing the banned goods and the prisoner with whom the visitor was registered to see. | ||
| The internal trade of goods is permitted, only if the trade is declared. Fauilure to declare a trade within 2 days of its occurence shall result in a forfeit of privileges. | ||
