  Article 13-Interpretation of the Police Code  
13.1 Interpretation of the Police Code  
  The application of a law and/or procedure by analogy shall not be allowed.  
  Furthermore, the interpretation of the Police Code to previous police procedures prior to the enactment of the Police Code in so far as they share similar characteristics shall not be permitted .  
  The Code shall not be affected, nor shall its enforceability be diminished by any legislative act or legal opinion of the Supreme Court of Oceanic Union where comparison is used with other international law in argument to seek to have one or more clauses or articles of the Code deemed inoperable.
