77.1 Offences against citizens body  
  The offence against the citizen body is when a member of the armed forces does seek to deliberately overthrow the rights and freedoms of the people through the use of military force in the cities of Oceanic Union.  
 
 Primary Fact(s)
 1. That at a time and place the accused was a member of the armed forces;
 2. That the accused did swear an oath to uphold the Charter of Oceanic Union;
 3. That the actions of the accused contributed to the attempt to deny the peaceful rights of the citizens of Oceanic Union and the validity of the Charter in direct contravention of their sworn oath and military honor, whether or not directly ordered by the executive government;
 4. That the actions of the accused were done with the knowledge and intent to deny the peaceful rights of the citizens of Oceanic Union and defy their sworn oath and honor as a member of the armed forces.
