The offence of dishonor of unit is when a person assigned to a military units behaves in such a manner as to bring dishonor to the code and symbols of the units as defined. |

Primary Fact(s) |
| 1. That at a time and place a member of the armed forces was assigned to a unit itself holding specific standards of honor and code; |
| 2. That the actions of the accused contributed to the non observance in part, or whole of the code of honor of the unit; |
| 3. That the actions of the accused were done with the knowledge and intent to sbring dishonor to the code of the unit; |
