The proper procedure of all Courts in relation to civil and criminal law matters shall be determined by the present Code alone. |
|
| |
As this Code is required to be the one and only consolidation of all judicial and court procedure in relation to criminal and civil law, no other document other than the Judicial Code shall be permitted to be used as the primary reference upon which the proper function, purpose and procedure of the courts shall operate. |
