	4.4 Official Seals of Corporation

28.1	Official Seals of Corporation
	The Company may from time to time exercise the powers conferred by the Law in relation to Official Seals and those powers are vested in the Board. In this regard, an Official Seal shall be forged as the one true Official Seal of the Company.
28.2	Affixing the Seal
	The Board is to provide for the safe custody of the Seal, which may only be used by the authority of the Board. Every instrument to which the Seal is affixed is to be signed by a Director and countersigned by the Secretary or by a second Director or by another person appointed by the Board for the purpose.
	The Board may determine either generally or in any particular case that a signature may be affixed by a mechanical means specified in the determination.
28.3	Certificate Seal
	The Company may have one or more duplicates of the Seal which are to be facsimiles of the Seal with the addition on their faces of the words "Certificate Seal" and which are to be known as Certificate Seals. Any certificate for shares issued under a Certificate Seal is deemed to be sealed with the Seal.
