The Trade Code and Corporations Code |

The Trade Code of the Society shall be responsible for administering the standards of commerce, conditions of and operations of fair trade, whereas the Corporations Code shall be responsible for the administering the code of conduct, functions and operations of corporate law. |

The Corporations Code depends in part upon the Trade Code in the fair operation of trade and commerce between corporations and fair markets. |
|
| |
Similarly, the Trade Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Corporations Code in administering the code of conduct, functions and operations of ethical corporate behaviour and best practice. |
