8.1	The Finance Code and Corporations Code
	The Finance Code of the Society shall be responsible for administering the financial rules and standards of exchange, financial obligations and capital, whereas the Corporations Code shall be responsible for the administering the code of conduct, functions and operations of corporate law.
	The Finance Code depends in part upon the Corporate Code in the fair operation of general financial standards and instruments as to the expected behaviour and good conduct of business in relation to markets.
	Similarly, the Corporations Code in part depends upon the just operation of the Finance Code in administering the code of conduct, functions and operations expected of financial instruments of the Society used by Corporations.
