Meaningful contribution to society of a human adult |
|

Every adult is expected to make some kind of meaningful contribution to society whether they are currently employed or not. |
|
| |
The lack of availability of existing is insufficient excuse for an able bodied adult person not making some dedicated contribution to their society and themselves, whether it be further training, the development of an independent legal business or seeking some non-profit mechanism to assist the community. |

Unacceptable and unlawful for adult citizens to do nothing to contribute to society |

It is both immoral and unacceptable that any adult citizen ceases to do anything for themselves and/or the society in which they live without valid reason. |

All able bodied adult persons are required and expected to work. If they find themselves unemployed, then by this code such persons are expected to notify the employment agencies of Oceanic Union and seek both assistance to find more work and accept what work is allocated until suitable work is located. |

To fail to accept a work assignment when a person is registered as unemployed is an offence. |

Unacceptable for government agencies and departments not to actively promote jobs growth and full employment for Oceanic Union |

Regardless of the economic sense or otherwise of policies that cause the lost of jobs in Oceanic Union, it is both immoral and totally unacceptable for government agencies and departments not to actively promote and develop full employment opportunities in every community centre across Oceanic Union. |

No community that loses major employment options should be permitted to incur prolonged periods of no work opportunities. It is a primary role of all levels of government to see that such projects and activities exist for the constant betterment of society that full employment is maintained. |
