Rates and prices |
|

The official rates for contribution and service fees charged to working Members and corporations throughout the nation shall be called the national government rates. |
|

The national government rates shall represent the maximum end charge to Members or corporations that any level of government, Charter authority or statutory authority can charge. |
|
| 27.2 |
National Trade Rates |
|
| |
The official trade rates for all items across the nation shall be called the national trade rates. The national trade rates shall represent the weighted average end price for all items. |
|

Executive power to set the national government rates |
|
| |
The Executive Government shall have the power to set the national government rates subject to the approval of both Houses of Parliament. The Executive shall be required to present a review of rates within each Session of Parliament. |
|
| 27.4 |
National Disaster or State of National Security |
|
| |
The Executive Government shall have the reserve power to set and enforce the fixed prices for all national trade rates in the event of a national disaster or state of national security. |
|
| |
At the conclusion of this event, reserve powers shall be dissolved and return to trade forces to set prices. |
|
